Series Spotlight: Kimani Romance

This month, the series spotlight is on Harlequin Kimani Romance and we’re looking for a few good men…

Often times when asked for the characteristics of their dream man, most women don’t know what they really want. Instead they insist they know what they DON’T want and leave it at that. But shouldn’t a single woman (who I shall now refer to as our heroine) be able to pinpoint, with the utmost confidence and certainty, the qualities she wishes her dream man to reflect? I mean, how else are you going to know you’ve found “the one”?

Though that doesn’t mean you should go and create an absurd and unrealistic checklist for your ideal man.

What it does mean is being cognizant of your dreams and hopeful that they will one day manifest into what your heart truly desires- Your very own hero.

It may take you a moment or two to gather your guidelines for your own hero …and you should rightfully take all the time you need. After all, once you’ve found him, he’ll be yours forever…

In the meantime, Harlequin Kimani Romance has got you covered. Join us as we take you you through the desired characteristics of a Kimani man. This summer we will be looking for a few (more) good men to join the esteemed heroes of Harlequin Kimani Romance past.

Few Good Men

A Kimani hero must be brave, as you’ll want to feel protected.

A Kimani hero must be strong, both mentally and physically.

A Kimani hero is charming, genuine and sincere.

A true Kimani hero encompasses all of these qualities and much more.

No matter how independent and self-assured the heroine, a Kimani man is a supporter.

Our heroes are comprised of revered doctors, suave lawyers, and elite businessmen and entrepreneurs. To enhance this list, we’re also looking for noble men of valor from the various branches of the military.

Though admittedly, a Kimani hero may not always start out as the prototype of the perfect man. In Sherelle Green’s April 2016 release, FALLING FOR AUTUMN, Ajay Reed had a chip on his shoulder the size of Lady Gaga’s engagement ring from Taylor Kinney. And in an upcoming August 2016 release, MOCHA PLEASURES, Pamela Yaye introduces us to Jack Drayson, the definitive bad boy of a well-to-do family. Ultimately, it’s the heroine’s love that transforms our flawed heroes into the men they are destined to be.

And where would a Kimani hero be without an accompanying sensual and satisfying love story? Harlequin Kimani Romances are full of drama, glamour and passion. Our sophisticated characters need conflict and circumstances to aide in their growth. Our heroes are redeemable, regardless of what they’ve been through in the past.

This summer, be on the lookout for Harlequin Kimani Romance’s call to action as we search high and low, near and far, for a few good men…and their unforgettable stories!

Stay tuned, as more details are to come!
